Terms
The deal, written the way I'd say it to you on the call.
What you're buying
$99, one payment, no subscription. One fifteen-minute planning call with me, then a text from me every weekday morning and every weekday evening for thirty days. Weekdays means roughly twenty-two mornings and twenty-two evenings. Nothing renews and nothing charges again.
What I promise
That a real person reads your replies and sends the messages. That I'll push when you stall and ask why when a day gets missed. That I'll hold the plan you made even when you'd rather I forgot it.
What I can't promise
That you'll hit the goal. I can't do the work for you and I won't pretend otherwise. This is follow-through support — the outcome depends entirely on what you actually do.
Refunds
If after the planning call you don't think this will work, tell me and I refund you in full. If I go quiet on you mid-month — my failure, not yours — I refund you. Beyond that, once the thirty days are underway the fee isn't refundable, because the work is the texting and the texting has happened.

I'm a coach, not a doctor, therapist, dietitian, or financial adviser. Nothing I text you is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If your goal touches your health, clear it with a professional first. If you're in crisis, please contact a local emergency service or crisis line — I'm not equipped to help with that and I won't pretend to be.
Your side of it
Be honest with me and be reachable. Pick a goal that's actually yours. Tell me when travel or illness is coming instead of going silent. If you're abusive I'll end the month and refund the unused part.
Messaging
Buying this is you consenting to receive texts from me for thirty days. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to end them at any time.
Limits
Where the law allows it, my total liability is capped at what you paid me — $99. These terms are governed by the laws of my place of residence.
